Pastor Millner is a humble man of God who has a heart for God's people. He strives to teach and preach sound doctrine to the people of God. Pastor Millner's ministry began in October 1998 at Shiloh Apostolic Temple under the leadership of the late Bishop James R. Ziglar. Elder Millner was installed as Pastor of Shiloh on December 20, 2008 by Bishop Darrell Hairston. Since then, Shiloh has continued to excel under Pastor Millner's leadership. Pastor Millner is married to Lisa E. Millner and they have two children, Brianna and Christian Millner.
